The Kings of Leon closed out day one of the ACL festival on the enormous Livestrong stage. This is a seasoned festival band, and they know how to get the crowed going. Other than a few fainting girls that were carried out through the photography pit, the show went on without a hitch. As Kings of Leon played into the night, the park was packed with people—full moon in the sky and the temperature was just barely cooling. It was a great end to a perfect festival day that had sunshine, ideal energy and gorgeous grass in the park. There were no dust storms this year!
