Phoenix, the renowned pop band from France, performed on the big AMD stage on day 1 of the festival, and the crowd was one of the biggest of the day. The charismatic lead singer does his best to communicate with the crowed, and everyone seems to love that about him. Maybe a smaller stage would have been better for Phoenix, so they could have been closer to the audience, but for such a show they performed brilliantly. The crowd was loving it!
